The '92 Pearlie Has New Owner

Today, Bill (SVXRIDE took possession of my '92 Pearlie. It goes to a good home, for sure! Now, he'll be at READING with it a couple of weekends from now and then back to Winchester on May 18 to run it at autocross! Will he win?

Sure will miss the Pearlie! And so will the RED '97 SVX still in the garage!!

Thanks to Austin for taking the photo!!

Re: The '92 Pearlie Has New Owner

Can't wait to drive it out on the highway! Austin drove it all the way to OT's place. Claimed that he could have "blown me away" if he'd actually known the way to OT's house and not had to follow me

Bill, two of the things on your list have been compleated.

First to Second gear shift now feels like " How about a fast game of sleeper?"

Billy, Billy .... great minds must think together. Just bought 225/50X16 Hankook RS3 Version 2 tires for the Porsche 924 S - on the optional 16 inch rims, 7 inches wide at the front, 8 inches wide on the rear! Let's go racing, Boys!! I am assuming you still plan to be at the Winchester autocross on May 18? This just got interesting .... Of course, you do know those 17 inch rims put you in another class .. :-)

You have my cell number - give me a call and let me know when you'll be at READING!! I take it you have the Pearlie back?

Harry,
STX allows for a +1 in rim size, you just can't go wider than 8 inches.
Only thing left to do within the STX rules is to swap out the driver's seat for a lighter racing seat (Racer X will be contributing it's Corbeau passenger seat).
See you on Saturday!
Bill
