yes they did. in 98, leather was optional on the gs-r. it's how the car was labeled on the window sticker.

They are also extremely easy to break into. My friend has a 96 Integra and his was broken into 3 times in 2 months and the cop was telling us all the different ways they can be broken into without breaking a window. The cop also told us you could use all those techniques on the 96-2000 civics.

there may have been one for older like '96(when it was a option) but my best buddies '98 GS-R had leather.

I seem to have missed those stolen SVX threads. Probably for the best as I was not driving it at that time. Mind you it also had no tranny.

...but it is ebony and in Canada.

My roommate used to drive old camry, and got broken into twice, finally got stolen. All happened right next to my SVX. That time, I didn't lock the door, sunroof bit open, windows inch open, cd cover opened, but no evidence of touched by anyone. Of course, from that time I close and lock everything. My place has remote gate doors, but it doesn't garantee that strangers won't come in.

Old Camry is the No.1 stolen car in LA. LAPD wasn't so helpful except finding the car next day.

I kept thinking what if it was my SVX got stolen.. I would faint.
