2005 Outback Wheels Size

Will a Stock OEM SVX wheel fit on the new 2005 2.5i Outback (226/60/R16) ??

I have someone here that wants my SVX wheels on his Outback.

I don't know? I'll have to take the SVX wheels & tires and see if I can mount them on my '97 OB wagon. That would be cool and won't Rosie be suprised.

There have been posts announcing that the 2005 STi will have the same Lug pattern as the SVX, but all other Subaru 5-Lugs up till now are different than the SVX.

I find it hard to believe that the '05's will be the same as ours. The '05 Limited I saw at the local place a couple of weeks ago had the exact same wheels as an '04 VDC.

I had a email from a owner of a 2005 Outback who is interested in my SVX wheels. Any help with this would be appreciated!

According to tirerack, the bolt pattern for a legacy wagon is 5x100.

I believe the post in question was specifically about the 05 STi wheel pattern.

I don't see STI in this question.

Sorry. I was referring to the same previous thread Hocrest was referring to. Guess I missed his post when reading the original message. Sorry for any confusion.

My point was that the 2005 STi changed to our wheel size, but that I hadn't heard anything about the Legacy/Imprezza line changing their pattern.
