finally i got my svx and i want if somone can carfax my svx

as titled. i wait like three weeks to get this svx. the vin number is JF1CX3530NH106055 i would appriciate if someone can give me any carfax info for my new supercar. thanks

omg dude u r the best. thanks man. i have a question how do i know my tranny had been fix. i know somewhere they were talking that you had to take the car to the subaru for upgrade some stuff cause the tranny failure. thanks

As far as I know, the only thing Subaru did for the SVX was to introduce an external filter for the 92-94 models to get around the screen. Other than that "recall", I know of no other thing that Subaru did for the 92-94 models.

Perhaps you could call a dealer and see if they can find your car's VIN on a computer somewhere, but I'm not sure that would work very well.

You may have heard that some members did some things to their SVX to help protect their transmission, but Subaru did not do that for them. Like the above post said, Subaru recalled and installed a transmission filter (below the battery) to keep the radiator screen from clogging. If that happened, the fluid would stop circulating and cooling the transmission and it would fail. If you don't have one on that SVX, it is easily installed. You can go with a couple different kinds. The other thing you can do is install a transmission cooler which will keep the temperature lower which will help the transmission last longer. Good luck with the new car.

cool. yeah i will check on that. right now tranny runs good. im saving the money for my 6sp swap. right now im trying to fix the u joint driveshaft and also trying to figurate out why the fans from the radiators are not working, the fuses are not damage
