repacking wheel bearings..I did do a search...

OK, I need to have this thing put in...but it appears to be a sealed unit. The old one that was taken off came apart and I can see how it could be easy to clean. But this new wheel bearing is a one piece job, How do you go about cleaning the old grease out? Its this clearish stuff...I had them put in the other just like it a few months ago, and they said they repacked it...but they were baulky to do so in the first place, so I think they lied. This time its the other one that failed though. But I don't want to have this one installed without getting it right.
