No. The "Baja," (known to some as the "HaHa") is the piddly-ass production version of an otherwise fantastic prototype "STX."

You don't LIKE other Subarus Randy, remember? You only got the SVX for its LOOKS....right?
The STX was as far from Italdesign as Toledo is from Turin....explanation please! Don

Don, I said I bought cars for their LOOKS. IF another Subaru caught my eye, I might consider it. The STX, in its origingal form, had a nice aggressive look. Other "cars" I like the "looks" of are the Dodge Durango, the 70 Cuda Hemi convertible, obviously the Spitfire, Lambo Coutach (moreso than the Diablo), The Lambo SUV, the 50's/60's vettes, the Nazca, the XJS, the XK8 . . . and a bunch of others. They don't all have to be "italian" -- I also liked the stylings of the early (68/69) Z28.

OK, if you say so. It looked like a truncated Legacy with a lift kit to me. And no, they don't have to be Italian, just designed with some sexy lines like the Italians are famous for.

Hey, don't give up....keep working on it. Do something with the sides (see earlier post) and make the front a bit less massive. Heck, you might end up with something that even Aredub might find acceptable! Don

A new career?

Hey, you might even come up with a good enough design to persuade Subaru to put you on as a designer.

And a bar, too. We can sit in the pool, sipping pina coladas while being chauffered around. After all, when Randy gets rich, he should be able to afford a chauffer.

Bar-none?

I want a pool and Bill wants a bar.

If Randy takes a curve too fast, we'll have a wet bar. Don
