Yes, Frozen, Seized, I've never had luck getting them going again, and just replace them, if they are frozen....but the rest of the fuel system might need attention too

I'll probably order a pump and go from there.

Is a 255 overkill for the stock regulator?

I know guys used to put a newer 42 psi regulator on, but wouldn't that just make me run a bit rich all the tine?

I've always run a stock pump, so someone else will have to chime in to answer that.
