I understand that but what made me angry was the total lack of communcation on subaruparts part. I called all listed numbers repeatedly, left messages, wrote emails, and checked order status. None of these were ever updated and I never got a return phone call so I don't know if they're gonna bill me for the clutch or not.
BTW their site quotes the clutch as being shipped in 6-10 days.
