I want a new project

Does anyone have an old Pantera lying around that they don't want any more?

Re: I want a new project

I thought I was looking in the wrong places an found such high prices. I guess that dream will never happen! Not too big on the DeLorean, Ferrarri is out of the question as well as a Lambo any other ideas? Mabey an Opel GT or 914, they are just so small, meh...

Seeing as the mondial was only 10k I'm not sure which was cheaper the divorce or getting the mondial running properly.

Re: I want a new project

My next project is to make a street car RX7 with and LS1.... I know a number of people have done it, (I'm not really one to need something entirely different) but it is quite possibly the most bad ass combination of straight line speed and perfect handling that exists for less than 100 grand.

I'm doing it as a street car because I think I could make it comfortable, reliable, and easy on gas as well. I also expect to put about $20k into it as well. Plus, who needs two track cars.

Actually the divorce was cheap but if I would have bought the Ferrari then I would have avoided the divorce and still had a Ferrari

IMHO, carbs suck. multiple carbs suck worse cause they all have to be in sync. I like FI. I like plugging into FI and getting an answer as to what its issue is. Welcome to the 90's

Carbs make you fat too (think about it)

Re: I want a new project

speaking of exotics: I was getting gas yesterday in the baja and my baja's rear was rear to rear with a countach. people were asking him what it was and how much (he said 100k) but then he got in the car and I squatted in the back and saw a round aircleaner in the back of the car. He starts it up and it sounds great.....then he put the AUTOMATIC into gear. I busted up laughing.... Hello Fiero! stupid old man poser

Re: I want a new project

I was looking for a while for blueprints and dimensions for a nice two seater something similar to the Prowler... if anybody finds something to what I want, especially the chassis's dimensions, please let me know...
