how much dose an svx weigh when its stripped....?

how much dose an svx weigh when its stripped of all the extra bits and peices
like air con, seats etc? for use in auto cross type racing etc?

You need to provide a little more information on your plans and class specifications. An SVX can weigh in at under 1000lbs and still be "drivable". For most classes in real racing there in a manditory minimum weight. The SVX would be hard pressed to reach that minimum weight cheaply but anything is possible. A realistic wet weight, properly set up saftey wise for club racing sans a drive is around 2650-2850 depending on cage and how much you'd want to spend on aluminum. We're curretly around the 2750-2800 weight which is nearly 1000lbs less than the true stock wet weight of a 92 ls-l

i still want to keep it driveable and road legal.

information on class specifications i still yet 2 get from the local motorsport place. i cant get that info yet coz im away and using my mates computer and dnt want 2 clutter her computer up with my stuff

in your svx does it have an maual gbox? and do you still have abs?

Yes it has an MT, no it doesn't have ABS.
