To border on the mean side YT (never met you but, basically all I see from you here on the web tells me that I would like you if I did meet you) I have a question for you.
Why are you so hell-bent on someone who is making a business of the SVX thing when you are now doing the same thing?
You are getting together w/ other members to form a business relationship correct?
In this regard how are you 2 different? Pot calling the what a what?
Again never met the two of you, and I may have a different opinion if I did, but things being as they are...

How 'bout you do as KWREN did. If not I understand as I have met those other people in life too.

Not wanting to offend here, just throwing it all out there.
Is there not 1 thing we can all agree upon?

There is a history here and to be honest I have no need to explain myself. So all the new-comers or the blind have no ill effect on me. I care not to divulge in my reasoning but it is sound and that is all I need to justify myself. Call it childish but when you see and hear of the things that have happened and can fully understand where I am coming from... Then pass judgment, until then I will continually turn the other cheek to these remarks.

Am I being mean? Yes, I thought it was pretty plain as day. Is it justifiable? In my mind, yes. These services provided are that of a back ally abortionist and the "parts" are the victim of yet "another one bites the dust" mentality. I have no problem dis baning the truth here.

Just to sum up what I was actually kidding about earlier. If he is not allowed on this site, don't drag his dirty laundry here either. Especially if you are not wanting some comments. And WHY exactly doesn't he do what all the other SVX parters do and just use E-bay?

To be completely honest wannarace didnt drag jason's "dirty laundry" over here, hondasucks was the first to make an off-topic and truely unnecessary comment. I never saw any threads about jason parting out a car he owned specifically to make parts.......I have seen plenty of other members here part a perfectly good car just because it wont sell, but does that somehow make parting it ok? I havent seen you pop into any of those treads to complain. All this is, is a personal attack for you, you had no justifications or reasoning, only the fact that you can come here, bash him, and you feel like the superior person because he can't "trash talk" back to you. This was just a thread stating where people can find some parts to buy, if it had been anybody else we wouldn't have had to hear your complaining, that is exactly the reason why this is just a personal attack. Why is it you can "turn the other cheek" with comments from other people but yet any thread about jason becomes your very own sand box to "do with as you will"? Really, if someone wants to buy parts from Jason thats up to them, you have no reason or excuse to come in here just to bash and talk down about someone. Honestly, I know now where NOT to get parts from, and word of mouth is truely the best source of advertisment. I dont care if that doesnt bother you, honestly, Im just one guy down here in Texas. I know im not gonna hurt business for you, but I do know where none of my money will ever be spent.

Let me try something here...

PLEASE NOTE: I've had no negative experiences with Budfreak, and I'm not trying to parallel him with our friends at dans_carparts.

I'm not trying to annoy anybody, but follow: Applying the elves, unicorns, and shoes to our favorite eBay criminal, your logic is a bad play.

PLEASE NOTE: I've had no negative experiences with Budfreak, and I'm not trying to parallel him with a local (to me) guy who got a little crazy.

I hate to see any small community with a breach in it like this; we had a local (to me) guy get a little crazy, and split our Central New York Subaru group in half. Thinking about it, he too seceded to make his own forum. That may be a coincidence or a trend or whatever, but...

With the number of prominent local (i.e. on the Network) names who've made similar statements, it's hard to enter said elf's workshop without a degree of hesitance.

Naturally, the rule always has been, and always will be, let the buyer beware.

FWIW, for the sake of the car, I hope what's said is untrue, but for the beating that he takes here, I hope it is. So much for a win-win situation.

Unless someone started making all NEW parts you yourself are buying parts, so why the issue with someone selling them or parting out a car they can't keep (no matter what the reason is that they can't keep it)
Would you rather the entire car go to the crusher?

I've met both of you, I've got no problems with either of you but, Come on YT, the only motive you had posting in this thread was your dislike of Jason.

I'm neither a newbie nor am I blind and am familiar with the feud between the two of you, and while Jason should'a probably been a little more careful in his choice of words, you were just as guilty of infractions as he was and probably shoulda been banned (at least on a temporary level) as well. There were times you (and a few others) baited him, and while he shoulda known better then to take the bait, your not innocent.

It was/is the childish behavoir that was running rampant on this site, that has kept me away from here for the most part.

Get over it YT, we all know how you feel and there is no need to post in threads that have to do with Jason........if you've got a problem with the threads, PM the mods, and if they see a problem they'll deal with it.

alright, I am done. And just so everyone knows, I never asked Benebob to do anything. i was not involved in his banning what-so-ever and I would like to make that clear as crystal. I backed away from any issues weeks before his situation came up.

I go to the junk yard (Harry's u-pull it) to get most of my parts. These are cars that cannot be saved. So once again, i ask you not question my motivation until you know how it is operated

Putting aside the personal issues...

Budfreak was banned from the community. If you cannot be a contributing member, you should not be entitled to the benefits of membership.

Any involvement in community discussions or any reward generally associated with involvement (posting items for sale, tech support, etc.). IMO, it's not really a "ban" if you can just have a friend post your information.

If Jason secretly made a new screen name over here and posted the thread then I could see that as him going around the perma-ban. I knew in the first place a PERMA-ban was gonna be a bad thing because no matter what, that is information/parts/services/tips, that are lost to this forum. Spreading our already small community out between more and more forums will make finding parts and help even harder to do later on. I really didn't see anything wrong with that being linked over here because alot of new people know nothing about Jason or the entire other community on his forums, lots of parts and services (not just from jason) that are lost to these people. Parts are already hard enough to find when you're new here, why make it even harder? Really the childish behavior just needs to stop, its the internet, no reason to get so butt-hurt about it.
