Question Cranking but not starting. Dead?

I am a man from Harstad, Norway.
For a few weeks ago I bought a Subaru Legacy 2.2 GX -93.
This car is crashed in the middle/left front. The owner crashed in September last year and the car has not been started since. The car has been parked outside for over a year.
My problem is like this: the car won`t start.
I have checked gasoline-pressure, compression, cylinder leek test and so on.
Gasolinpressure: OK
Compression: OK on right side, half or less on the left side.
Cylinder leek test: OK
Ignition: OK (we have tested new spark plugs by laying them on the top of the motor to se the ignition).
Register: OK
The engine wont even give a puff. Nothing. Completely dead. Not even with start gass. At one time yesterday it blow out in to the airfilter. The starter are cranking over.
We checked the "brain" too. In this test we found out that the "airregulator" was damaged (I don`t know the technical name of this device). Could this give this sort of problems?

I have fuel, spark and compression, I don’t know if it is in the correct amounts.
We spray the start gas into the hole for the air (on the back and top of the motor). We let the engine crank for 5-10 seconds.
I don’t know if the injectors are working. How can I control this?
I have not checked the exhaust pipes. The engine is tipped up and back by the crash. The steel rod which goes from the engine and in to the torpedo wall (Norway. Wall between the engine room and the coupe) is bent. I have not checked the car underneath.
It is old gasoline (September last year). I have not change the gasoline.
I have been told that if I have spark and gasoline, these sensors are OK.
Both camshafts for Top Dead Center and the crankshaft for crank position is pointing upwards.
We used new plugs. They were wet off gasoline. Right opening, 1mm and type.
We used “Start Gas” from a can.

What is my problem? I have tried everything and I hope you can give me a tip/clue!

I would be very grateful to hear from you. Maybe you could give me a tip on where I can get more help.
