Good question! I've just looked all over subaruparts.com for the part but can't find it.
Earl, it's the hard black plastic that clips around the alternator wires above the A/C compresser. It's about 7 inches wide. Mine is broken as well and is out of place (going over the hard A/C pipes) wearing a hole through the hood insulation.

I couldn't find it either.
Mine was broken up when I bought the car so I got some of that round split loom plastic stuff. You can pick it up anywhere, i.e., WallyWorld, parts places, etc. Not stock, but it works I think I used 1/2".

I have been researching that part for over a month. It does not exist in any Subaru database that I know of. There is no part number or other configuration that you could use to begin a search from. Russel Subaru had no luck checking with other Subaru databases and searches by my Japanese contacts with FHI turned up nothing as well.
I used aluminum coated plastic wire loom called "convoshield" to run the wires through. It will withstand direct temperatures in excess of 500 degrees

Mine came apart when I tried to remove it over a year ago. I haven't replaced it with anything.

I would be wary if you had these wires exposed..
Maybe using some type of insulator (extra black electrical tape?) ... and then consider using a round black plastic wire cover?? Heat seems to the main culprit here...
