Start calling dealerships and asking around. I got one of the last sets available!! Unfortunately the SVX logo was damaged on the driver's mat. I gave them some time to get a new pair but they came up empty.

On Ebay

There is a set of gray ones on Ebay right now.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1854382696

I bought a set from this person a few months ago.He seems to have an unlimited supply. Expect to pay somewhat more than retail for them because they are discontinued.

So, John - does this mean that I really DID buy the last set of grays in the Mid-Atlantic region?

Tried to get some gray ones on eBay, but auctions ended at strange times so wasn't able to "snipe" to my satisfaction. More power to the person who cornered the market, Adam Smith would be proud!

Motorsports warehouse feigns to have someone called "SVX Motorsport Accessories #1" selling them for $95. After trying to buy them and entering about 2X amount of personal information about myself on the web, saw that on top of the first ordering form that SVX Motorsport Accessories #1 was not in business and the form was for "testing purposes only".

FLAME - if you're not open for business don't make the forms available like you are......

Finally got tired of the games and ordered custom mats for $115.

Tomorrow I borrow the car's trade in value from my 401K to get it painted (if there is any money left).

Very smart finacially. You not only get an net interest free loan (interest you pay to a 401K loan goes into the 401k you own) but you get to put in more than the max contribution limits.

Basically you are gving yourself a loan and you pay yourself the interest. Its a great plan, but

I have heard that some 401K managing companies are actually talking about cutting into your business and stealing some of the interest as "administrative fees"... crooks.

You're right. My admin. company hasn't figured out the fee stuff yet - be sure its next.

Plus, in this market I'll get to sell my company's devalued stock, and buy it back more "devalued-er" later.
