Finally got an SVX this weekend. Its teal green 92 and I love it. It is really nice and fun to drive(the transmission works very good). I have wanted one of these cars ever since I got to ride in my friends 92. I am glad this message board is here and I am sure I will have some questions along the way.

Thanks, Joe

A real welcome to the SVX world. start with an external cooler and a filter for the tranny. i also suggest a Supersynthetic Dextron III tranny oil...

Hey! This fits!! I just got my second SVX on the Feb 21st, and it's also a 92 Teal LS-L.

What's crazy, I bought it from a guy named Joe.

Where's that Twilight zone music when you need it?

Congrats on the purchase Joe, and glad it was a good one with a strong Tranny. You are off to an excellent start!!

Robert

Synthetics in everything but only because of the climate I'm in.

Congrats and Welcome! I have a 92 Teal as well. I run Chevron Synthetic 5w30 Engine oil. Seems to do the trick and nice easy starts in the winter. I suggest changing all your fluids and starting from scratch thus you know where you stand and have a fresh start.
