Tfuller, Your tires could simply be rubbing on the weather stripping that holds the wheel well liner in place. I had to remove the stripping when i stepped up to 18" rims, it created the same problem that you are talking about. Once that was removed, then the noise went away. The liner wont fall out by removing the stripping, but it will leave a small gap between the liner and the fender lip.

i dont think so
i dont think that it is the wheel bering because when i push on the breaks the sound goes away and it doesnt squeak on turns and all that...
