??would this work on the SVX ??

I saw this scanner on Ebay
does any know if it works on the SVX or not
also would it read the TCU too

not a 92 model

The web page says it needs an OBDII car, which wasn't until the mid 90s (forget which year).

It will work on 96-97 SVX's.
