Japanese SVX Meetings

Are there many SVX clubs & meetings in Japan? If so, are you a club member and do you have photos from these meetings that you can post here? We old timers in this club try to have regular SVX meetings around the USA. If you look in the lockers you will see many photos.

Until quite some time ago, there was an SVX owners club and before that an Alcyone club called the XAVI.

Apart from the SVX owners club, there was also a mailing list. This was a place for socializing with looser rules than clubs.

None of the clubs or websites are currently active and appear to have died on their own.

I didn't own SVX when these clubs were active, so I don't have any interaction with the main club members.

I belong to a Subaru club that isn't limited to SVX, and I know just a few SVX owners through that club. In '90, there were more than 10 SVX owners at the club, but now there is only one working SVX other than me. I also have a friend who can't part with his three SVXs, which doesn't pass vehicle inspection, but I don't think he'll drive an SVX in the future.

When I attended the SVX 20th anniversary meeting, I think there were about 60-70 persons. I think there were about 30 cars. At the meeting, several people involved in the development of SVX shared some stories from the time of development.
