Reservations made! Date set!(call-in group)
Ok everyone,
The original weekend of 9-27-07 thru 10-01-07 is a special event weekend due to purdue football. Rates even with the group discount could get no lower than $150! So going one week earlier the group rate I got was great $72 plus tax per night(+50% better!)so............ The DATEs:Thusday 9-20-07 thru monday 9-24-07 The LOCATION: Comfort Suites 31 Frontage rd.(N.E. corner of I-65 and hwy 26 Exit 172) Lafeyette,IN 47905 Phone: (765)447-0016 Fax: (765)447-9980 The group name is:SUBARU ALCYONE SVX for 15th anniversary meet Group ID NUMBER:1591(if asked) Rate:$72.00 plus tax per night(all room types!) CUT OFF DATE(date reservations MUST be called in by):JULY 31st 2007!!! Rooms blocked(held for our group):35 Room types blocked: SMOKING: (5 total) 2 SDD's(two double beds-smoking) 3 SK's(one king-smoking) NON-SMOKING: (30 total) 17 SNDD's(two double beds- NON-smoking) 13 SNK's(one king bed- NON-smoking) All you have to do is call the hotel and mention that you are calling in for a group reservation that has already been set up. Then mention the name of the group of the group ID # and tell them the room type you want and the EXACT dates you will need it(must fall with in the dates the group has been made for) (you do not have to book all 4 nights but if you will not be arriving til fri for example and you are staying 3 nights make sure to tell them arrival on fri the 21st for 3 nights checking out monday the 24th) if you do not tell them they may put you in for all the dates assuming so make sure to specify the dates. If you have email they can email your confirmation letter(mention email adress during time of call-in reservation) and then print it and bring it along so there are no mishaps on either end. (THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO VERIFY YOUR RESERVATION!!! to make sure it is correct). when we get 25 rooms called in the meeting room(I reserved for sat night)will be complimentary!!! Late arrivals(past 4pm)must guarantee with a credit card! ALL YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO IS CALL-IN!!! (765)447-0016 We can start a list on this thread of who HAS made their reservation and the room type reserved and dated reserved for so we can keep this updated for when time comes closer to the cut off date(this way we will know who to bother to make their reservations if they want to go! and the rooms that are still available) If needing to cancel after res has been made 72 hr cxl policy meaning the cancellation deadline is 9-17-07 at 4pm after this time if you cxl you will be charged in full for 1 night.

The AAA/AARP rate is $85.45/night. The Government/Military rate is only $77.00/night. We are getting it below that at only $72.00/night, plus 11% tax, or $79.92/night ,

What a drive.... is there any kinda meets up here? I'd go if it wasn't for the drive on the Alcan, durning the winter, lol unless there is someone up here who is going, then it's a convoy!!!! Damn wait my GFs Bday is the 28th of sept!
