Google Maps link for the hotel's location. Zoom in all the way and switch to the "satellite" or "hybrid" view, to see more detail than on MapQuest (the current "location" link in post #1). According to the hotel's web site, amenities include "free deluxe continental breakfast, free coffee, free weekday newspaper and free local calls, fitness center, indoor heated pool and seasonal heated whirlpool." Also, "free high-speed Internet access and free wireless Internet." For anyone who needs to find alternate and/or cheaper lodging, use the above link, click on "Find businesses," and enter "hotels." There are many other hotels within a mile, including a Motel 6 ($45/night web rate), Days Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Budget Inn, Howard Johnson, and more. The Subaru plant is just under 5 miles from the Comfort Suites hotel. Address is: 5500 State Road 38 E Lafayette, IN 47905. Here's the route from the hotel to the plant (click image for link): The Indianapolis airport (IND) is a 60 mile drive from the hotel. Chicago Midway (MDW) is 122 miles. Chicago O'Hare (ORD) is 139 miles. The Lafayette / Purdue University airport (LAF) is 8 miles away, but no longer has any commercial service.

Estimated numbers:
1,014miles, 16hours and 18minutes from Amherst, NH.  As much as I'd like to go, it just doesn't seem feasible. Maybe next time guys.
