The NW site still exists
Now I know all you northwesterners check in at the NW SVX site at least once a week!
 You may have noticed it hasn't been updated for a while and a few things are "broken".Rest assured that I am working on it and you will start to see improvements pop up on a daily basis. In the mean time, keep your svx.org profiles up to date (they are linked to your profile at our site) and anyone in the NW that hasn't registered with the NW Site is free to do so to become an official member. The goal of the site will continue to be a "one stop shop" for all things NW, including summaries and pics of past meets, schedules of future events, and point of contact to find local members near you. And it is also a much more "newbie friendly" front end to send new people too before shooting them straight into the forums. (there's a new simple URL on the way too, kids)

He didn't say the site itself was fancy, just the URL.
It only took 6 months for that part to happen, now maybe in another 6 months we will see a picture of an SVX or something there.

I was gonna say.... that's what I work -- a web developer... I could give you hand with some animation or logo (or software) if you want. I can't promise much though because I feel like puking when I see HTML after work hours -Nick

Cool! I am a beginner, I was just learning web design at my old work when they decided they didn't need me anymore.
We were using Dreamweaver MX for everything there and I have that software now.  I actually have quite a bit of the site done on my hard drive, some of the pages will probably start to appear in the next few days. After that, I'm sure you could provide a lot of input on how to make it better, add some animations, etc. Hey, speaking of logos... Are you good with graphics? I have a logo pretty much done, but I'd like to add a rendering of an SVX into it somehow. I'm thinking not like a photo-realistic graphic, more of just a very basic one-color outline of the main points on the car, maybe from a front 3/4 view... Any of that make sense?

Yeah! Sounds like a great idea Troy! If you guys come up with something I'll put it together in a logo if you don't want to mess with it. I'm not very creative myself. I like mixing drinks and coding

OK, how's this?
My skills are a little rusty (actually, they were never rust-free to begin with
), but I managed to make the attached logo. Let me know what you think. If anyone thinks it stinks, they can certainly improve it for me! (seriously)
