Help with Pearl White Paint
A fellow here in Sydney, who has graciously allowed his house to be used for a bbq gathering of SVX's on Sunday, was hit by a *&^*&^*&^ and his drivers door needs to be reskinned.
I was saying that I recalled that people had a lot of trouble matching the pearl paint and he commented that he has his bumpers touched up a while back and although looking great for 2 weeks, then lost their lustre to become 'flat'. Has anyone got any advice/comments etc on what options he would have and what he should do? Is there a specific paint mix for that colour?? Thanks heaps James

James,
Seems like the pearlies are a tricoat. I had good luck with this place in matching my color with the purple undertones. http://www.paintscratch.com/ |
