Yawn!! Go to a car show and see 15 .. See at least 2 or 3 a day. As common as Mustangs.

I've seen that vid before. We got a few good spots like that in the mountains around here.

The older Vettes might prefer the strip, but the C6 is far from a quarter mile only type of car. I think one just took the production car lap record at Laguna Seca.

I can't believe GM manages to sell ANY Corvettes in Europe. There are so many better and more exciting cars for the money.

I suppose there are people who appreciate their uniquely American character.

radarwhiz, all for the better! SVX isn't razor sharp but holds it's own in the twisties.

Green1995SVX, there's a huge am-car following in Europe. Mostly it's 30s-70s cars but even some modern ones.

And who are we not to like a true oil american muscle car? Ok, so the GT500 or your average vette is more or less useless here and a waste of good money but, The Real McCoy muscle car looks stunning, goes like whack and doesn't make your family complain on the damping. It's a pure bred american great concept that every car person recognizes and occationally succumb to.

Of course, once you put power to that GT500 here you're either spinning yourself off the road or standing on the brakes and then go off the road but, at least you die in audiovisual style.
