Cost of replacing Duty solenoid C

Does anyone have any idea of the cost to replace duty solenoid C and the transfer clutches?

my solenoid c is not working at all and it has the 50/50 locked in and obviously turning is wearing out the clutches I have driven this far longer then intended and the clutches are grinding fairly noisily now.

Re: Cost of replacing Duty solenoid C

I have a knowingly good used set of transfer clutches plus the C sol.
It's not hard to do yourself, otherwise for a shop to do it, it is about 3 hours of service roughly...

Re: Cost of replacing Duty solenoid C

I just had mine done. About 3 hours work plus $150 in parts.

$100 for the solenoid, $30 or so for the transmission fluid, $20 for the gasket. I had a few exhaust bolts and gaskets that also had to be replaced too.

I would do it myself but I just moved and have no real tools nor shop or even garage. I am very interested in the parts though, what are you asking for price, and shipping?
zip would be to 32211

The gaskets, yes!

A new plate will make your life easier.
It is like $3.00.
There is/are more things that you can replace while it is apart.
Things that you SHOULD replace,

while you are down there.
