swaybar end links

Does anyone have a good outlet for front swaybar end links? I havn't tried the stealership yet but I hoped someone knew of a better place to get them.

I think you'll find that we've all made our own replacements, or those of us that were concerned about them.

I will try and get some pics in the morning.

Car Quest had the parts I needed for my setup, and a Vise, and Tap/Die set did the rest.

I read somewhere that mercury cougar links are very close and need slight modification to fit. The dealer charged me 63 bux a side. Thats seems average to me...volvos are 65 a side.

There was a thread on here about the Merc links, but that turned out not to work for me for some reason. I went to AutoZone, and got some premade, but the heads are in the same direction, so that didn't work.

So, I think it cost me $24 a side to do the deal myself.
1/2" alum. rod, I threaded....4 head assemblies...some nuts to lock it all up.
Not a bad deal to clear it up.
I thought it was the source of my front noise, but so far I haven't found the fix for that.

I'm pretty sure they ran $37 for the set. But I'll look into that.
You could goto Napaonline.com and put the part # in if you feel froggy.

No problem. Lemme know if they work out OK, I might just go back to that thought again.
