If your SVX is sliding allot that means it needs new tires. But $1800 for even an early 90s Infiniti Q45 is a nice price.

But I am probably wasting bandwidth posting this anyway.

Not Price

I don't think anyone would question the price you say you paid for the car. Just your opinion that it handles better in snow than an SVX.

It helps when you know how to drive and choose tires(obviously he needs the help of an electronic aid). What a pointless thread.

Sorry...I personally have deep doubt of the rwd will do better than the awd on snow...

If this been kept arguing, it might get locked out like the one of the last threads.

The Q45 can do .9 G's in a turn? Q45 has the stability of AWD while only being RWD?? SURE.

Had a 94 Q45 for couple of years and my 92 SVX at the same time. Put lots of winter higher speed kilometers on both. Both with good winter tires. Q45 solid and fast ( in the dry) Pathetic in the snow! Quebec and Eatern Ontario winters = good testing grounds. Still a nice car though, great motor, a solid build. Lots of info on Q45 Yahoo site. Hope you cam guides are in good shape!
SVX much better in the snow. My 99 A8 is great too. The right tires can make all the difference.

You don't even have an SVX anymore.

Furthermore, CO has been goin on 7+ weeks of straight snow on the roads. And you're telling me I don't know.

Not to mention there have been countless threads of people sliding off into ditches, getting into accidents, etc etc. Sure, the SVX is great in the snow.

I'm not a librarian so I won't bother to look them all up.

That's public knowledge as I run a business, so what was the point of that? Does anything you do have a point?? Ever??( Aren't you gone yet??)
