Many cars have well documented problems
Dosn't mean we don't love them

Well I know what problems the svx has ,but as far as domestic car i will only buy GM . I have never had any majors problems with any GM car iv'e own'd . On the other side of the coin anyone I know that has a Ford they have major problems (ie ENGINE, TRANS,ETC) .Example is I own an 05 STSV8 and had a recall notice (do you know for what) An auto windsheild wiper system not functioning! . See my point

Fair enough, but if I had the money, I'd buy a Ford GT

Maserati makes more cars and so dose Ferarri. Lets talk exspenxive up keep . The main reason our cars cost a little bit more than your Accord or Camry is because of the amount of prduction ,(which makes it even better) We have 19 year old kids buying this car , just because they know it's a one of kind thing I said it before and I'll say it again , There will never be anything close to the SVX , But the B911 is damn close.

I believe the price for a Ford GT is $150,000, not $500,000.

Still a lot of money!! Much more than I have!! Can you imagine the insurance???

Much more than I have to spend on a car too, though the Ford GT will go up in value (they already have, investment), this new Subaru B911 most certainly won't (expense).

Food for thought.

Although it may be going up in price ATM, I dont believe any car is a long term money making investment.

However I do believe cars you love are a great investment in enjoyment, and overall happiness. Ford GT is a POS and I havent personally ridden in one but im sure the ride comfort is piss poor. It's a model car, nothing more.
