I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

Not really sure I wanna get hurt this Saturday...
Let me call the dealer tomorow about getting my car worked on and find out their schedule. Once I get that ironed out I will check with the wife on my social calendar (as if I have a life ). I think I can scrape up a couple dollars for a perkin's bottomless cup of coffee (takes me back to the good ol' days). In the mean time put the word out to the others you know in the area so we can get a decent, if small, turnout...the more the merrier. If I can't do it this weekend then the following should definitely be good. I look forward to it!

Supercharged

I sure hope Harry (newsvx) doesn't see this....

....the quickest car at the recent Mercedes Meet was a supercharged Mustang SVT Cobra.

If you do see this, remember the tranny can't take it Harry....forget it. Besides, you would have to punch a hole in the hood and the car would sound like an electric chain saw...

Don,
Oh the thoughts that have run through my head! Mostly just getting some weight off the car, but a couple hundred more HP - now you are talking. And ride in style to boot.

Can you imagine a SVX coming out of a turn with all four (count'um) tires turning and churning (smoking) just getting on down the track? Now that would be a site to see. Oh yea, the tranny......... forgot for a moment.
Harry
