2pc trans mount issue

I have one of those transmission mounts that is in 2 pieces (broken). It's not really what I want to have on my car, so I was wondering if there are other trans mounts that fit the 4eat in the svx that are made for other cars. I was thinking along the lines of the group n motor mounts that can be adapted to fit our car, and wanted to know if there is something out there for the 4eat. Any ideas on this?

I can always make you a Gruppe-N type trans mount...

would that include me needing a new stock trans mount for you to start off with? I would assume so, but just asking.

So what's the going rate for a new trans mount and then what is your service price?

Cost of new trans mount (~$85) + Parts/Labor to modify ($40) + cost of shipping the finished mount to you = your total cost. I haven't included the cost of shipping the new trans mount to me, as Annapolis Subaru (driving distance from my house) gives me better prices on SVX parts that SubaruParts.com does

I may have to go back w/ a broken mount due its cost. I need motor mounts and u-joints too, so I may as well just do all that when I have a little more mulah.

Try getting some 3M window adhesive and fill up the trans mount. You'll want to let is sit for a couple of days to make sure it cures fully before putting any load on it. While not a permanent fix, it should hold for a while.
