Do you find this forum useful?

1st: All benefits from below go to Chris/SVX forum - please read on.

I have a few little bits left over from my SVX that I forgot to throw in with the deal I gave Jeff (daluvabull) when he bought my car.

So, here's the deal....I list the bits, you bid on them in this thread. Next weekend (~ 22 July) I check in and see who has the highest offer for each part.

I contact you for your address, and I mail the item to you - at no cost to you. You in turn send a PayPal payment for the amount you bid directly to Chris (I'm sure he will take checks also, PM him if in doubt). You're on your honor here (as I am too I guess), so no cheating on sending the $$.

item #1: Head unit/stereo wiring harness as made by SVXdc - never used.

item #2: Adjustable line out converter. Allows you to tap into the OEM head unit and drive an external amplifier

item #3: Sleeve-lock regulator - part # 62101PA081 This is the little white plastic bit that fails from time to time and then your window falls down. (new)

item #4: Throttle position sensor (TPS). part # 22633AA080 This was lightly used by me. Bought when my first tranny started to flair, but it didn't fix it, so I went back to the original TPS - maybe a week on the car.

item #5: CD-ROM made by Alldata with data on the 92 SVX to include wiring diagrams, etc. Has most everything except auto transmission rebuilding (look in my personal folder if you want that for free)

item #6: Same as #5 except its for a 1994 model year.

Bid frequently and high (but try not to bid against yourself too often).

edit: The CD-ROMs are already registered, but not to any machine or specific user. You will however need to keep the bit of paper accompanying it to enter the serial number and key after installing the program - forewarned.

5$ for the wiring harness. That sounds like a good starting bid. Maybe another 5$ for item#5 (the CD-ROM for '92)

It may be more difficult for Lee to go through more posts to determine the winners. You could start your own thread with your items and have the members send money to Chris as well. Payment information for Chris is here. I would title the payment as auction so he knows where it came from. Just my thought. Great idea for a fund raiser.

Well.... this idea didn't work out well. I would have thought someone would bid at least a buck for an almost new TPS - they're like what $150 now? - oh well, EBay here I come.

Dustin, please PM me your snail mail address if you still want the CD and wiring bit.

I found some members didn't know that this was going on. The title was not as descriptive as it could have been. Whey don't you give it a little more time.

Oh!! An auction from 3 months back. I bid $15 on the TPS.

I can't find the button for checking/leaving feedback. I'll just do it here.

Quick shipping!! Great Packaging!! but product smelled funny. A++ only.
