I'm just glad its finally seems to be working out. It's been such a long time since this all started. Its really and truly great that Lebanon is finally going to enjoy being a sovereign nation as it should be.

I have a friend here from Beirut. He's here on a student visa, and is trying to find a company to sponsor him for a work visa. He doesn't want to go back. Not because of political reasons, he's scared of the job market there. He says his family keeps telling him the economy is not so hot right now. Is that true?

He is right, our economy is very bad right now, our maximum wage for a business graduate is $1000 and for an engineer is $1400 (per month!). believe me guys, as soon as i get my MBA degree, i am also leaving Lebanon.
Lebanon's population is about 7 million individuals, of those 3 million are working abroad !!!!

On the 7th of May, our exiled leader will come again to LEBANON. he has been exiled for 15 years in France, all people love him because of his extreme patriotism to his country. He was the one who fought the Syrians in 1990 when they invaded Lebanon and they banned him from his country in all these years.
Now the Syrians are gone, he is coming back again. His name is "Michel Aoun"...
