The 1997 says it was stored (away from Wisconsin winters) in a heated garage.
The 1995 makes no claim to that. Could have been a winter daily driver. The 1997, protected all winter, had rust issues addressed and even needed a new door that was beyond repair. What is the condition of the 1995 then? Makes absolutely no mention of condition or maintenance. For that price, I expect a lot more details Darboy and Appleton are less than 10 miles apart.
