Olu is right,,, get new tires & I do not need another SVX, I'm getting too old (79) for all of these plus the Viper. Let's set a new date, say June 17th or 24th. Most graduations should be over by then. How about everyone comment.

I can do the 17th, hopefully others can chime in. Cannot do the 24th, but 17th is fine. Larry, please bring your '97 if you can. It has dawned on me that the last time I saw another Bordeaux Pearl '97 was the last time you brought it to Reading that I can remember, maybe 2005 or '06.

Svxit, The 17th sounds good to us. I'll bring Subydoo, the '97. I have to get the BBS wheels installed, which I bought from Earl's son.
Then I have to get the car cleaned up & order Italian pastry.

This year's SVX Reading Meet will held on June 17th at the Morgantown Holiday Inn. Everyone is welcome no mater what they are driving.

Yesterday I had the BBS wheels installed on Subydoo. But nothing ever goes easy with an SVX. The stock lug nuts would not fit and the tire store did not have the mini nuts with the correct thread, so I went to an Advanced Auto store and bought the proper nuts. Driving back to the tire store, I was stopped at a light on a main route and some guy pulls out of a strip mall in a Jeep Cherokee and tries to go around behind me. His right rear fender well caught my rear bumper. Now Subydoo's rear bumper has jeep rubber on it and needs to be compounded & repainted. Needless to say I'm pretty ticked off. We exchanged info and went our merry ways.
I'm still bringing Subydoo to the Reading Meet.

Larry, I'll bring my detailing equipment with me. As long as we can find and electrical connection somewhere, I will do my best to sort it out. I have a half decent amount of skill and have gotten some pretty bad scrapes off of cars in the past; I'll be honored to at least have a go at it and see how much better it can look than it is now.

No need to bring your equipment. I compounded it by hand yesterday and took off all of the rubber from the Jeep. The paint is chipped and cracked. The bumper needs repainting. I'll need to contact my ins. company.

Hadn't been on for a while....had a hip replacement about 5-weeks ago, but getting back to myself....

June is the month of the Dragon Meet, (23rd-25th)which I've been hosting for 21 years now, so I can't make it to the Reading meet, but hope you all have a good time....and hope some of you will make it down to the Dragon Too!
