With regular oil and filter changes from day one, mild-mannered driving habits, an occasional romp and a little luck, yes.

The 3.3 IMHO is a great engine. I've got 165k on mine with nothing more than a couple of small oil leaks over the years. As with anything a little care goes a long way.

obviously not with the way I drive. Listen these motors are sound well over 200k as long as regular maint is held true. This does not mean that head gasket will hold that long but a replacement is considered regular maint. Many people have reached or are about to reach 200k with no issues because of the meticulous maint and care they have. Just don't beat on it religously or else you will go through motors like I do

Motor
I have one with over 200K and it is still going strong also. It is also pertinent to point out that replacement motors (used) are cheaper than a windshield or tranny. This is, of course, because the motors last so long that there are actually an excess of them versus tranny challenged cars.
