1992 Front/rear struts, upper mounts, spring pads

****************** SOLD ****************************

Hey guys,

I just went through and replaced all components on the front and rear suspension.

The strut mounts appear to be solid and the struts have lots of life left in them. I think the PO must've replaced them just before I bought the car. This is a good way to R/R your current blown out struts and noisy mounts. My mounts are not corroded and have lots of life left in them.

I have the following parts for sale:

qty p/n desc
1 20311PA001 Pt830593 Strut Cp Front RH
1 20311PA011 Pt830593 Strut Cp Front LH

1 20360PA011 Pt840593 rear Strut Cp RH
1 20360PA001 Pt840593 rear Strut Cp LH

2 20540AA001 Bolt lateral link
2 901000110 flanged nut for lateral link

2 20370PA000 RUBBER SEAT UPR REAR
2 20370PA010 RUBBER SEAT LWR REAR
2 20371PA000 Helper R D25 REAR

2 20323PA000 Spring Seat Upr FRONT
2 20325PA000 Rubber Stabilizer Up FRONT
2 20325PA100 Rubber Stabilizer Lw FRONT

The hardware you see in the pics belong to the rear lower links. These include the camber bolts and nuts. I'll include these in case your hardware are corroded badly and the alignment shop is having a hard time rotating them for rear camber adjustments. I live in a dry climate so corrosion is minimal. The heads of the bolts are corroded but the threads are clean as well as the nuts. None of the struts show any signs of oil leakage or make any funny sounds during compression and rebound. The valving in them is still tight as evident by the slow rebound and how much effort it takes to compress them.

As of now, I'd like to sell the whole lot vs separating them.

My asking price is $250 plus shipping for everything. I have the original Subaru boxes that the new struts came in so I'm hoping to be able to re-use them to ship your parts to you! I'm guessing that there will be two boxes in a single shipment. If you want me to give you a shipping quote, PM me your complete shipping address and tell me if it's a commercial or a residential address. This way I can provide you the exact cost to ship vs an estimate cost from UPS.

Let me know if you have any questions. My car is a '92 LSL awd.

Pics of all that'll be included:

Rear struts complete.

I've included a video of me compressing each strut so that you can get a feel for how much life is left in them. Click on the picture below and it'll take you to Photobucket and video will start automatically. It's a large video file so make sure you have a decent bandwidth!

Thanks.

Re: 1992 Front/rear struts, upper mounts, spring pads

I had a question on the date codes of the struts. I don't know what the codes look like but I took pics of the three clean stickers for you guys. The fourth one's print is half missing when I accidentally cleaned it with brake clean!

I hope this helps.
