power steering line behind radiator
Question is about the long metal line that runs the length of the radiator is this to cool the steering fluid during high heat or heat the steering fluid during extreme cold? I am curious as to how effective this is. Either to delete the line or to add an improvement if heating/cooling is needed. I am just looking at all potential options while the engine is out so if anyone knows for sure it would help. Thanks.

Re: power steering line behind radiator
Thanks Harvey,
It seems to be in ok condition minus some rust that will be cleaned off, seems awfully small to do much cooling but I am going to consider an external cooler. I will just have to find a place to mount that since I plan to keep my AC condenser and PWR radiator. Stock is fine and I may stay with it but I am still looking and considering all options. |
