Belha made some Urad Vadai and Coconut Chutney last night, following your mum's receipe. They turned out really nice - we had about 8 each!

I recommend everybody on this forum to try making these. They're yummy.

Ignore that, i just went back and read the write up. The boy is here. Looks like he is on his way to making it big. When i first read your post and listened to the song i thought it was out of a mallu movie.

By the way did you know that M. Night Shyamalan (the dude who made "sixth sense", "unbreakable", "signs", "village") is mallu (if i'm not mistaken). Another brudha making us proud

easy fudge...

i can of sweet and condensed milk+i bag of semisweet chocolate, melt it then put it in the fridge for a night= one hell of a lb of fudge
