Hell froze in Craig!?!?

Welp, I'm very very VERY disappointed to say, that there is another SVX in my town
I should be happy about it, but I'm not
It's the SAME color and everything.
I havn't seen it personally, but my friend who was delivering a pizza the other day, told me about it(And my mom did too)

They say it's owned by a man......
But the area in which it lives, well...I don't think I'll get into that.

I think I would like it alittle, but damnit! It DOESN"T have to be the same color!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've just had a bad week with my car
The stupid battery died this morning..
So, I jumped it and headed to work. Well, it's having another problem with stalling out and quitting. It quit on me, and I couldn't get it started again, cuz the battery wasn't charged at all!
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Pisses me off, thats a brand new battery too.

Poor car

Deja
P.S. I don't think I will go looking for that guy, or trying to make conversation. I get the feeling he's not one to bond about cars.
But who know's, well see.

Maybe it's your charger thingie (I forgot what it's called ). I replaced my battery last year because it kept dying and the new battery did the same thing. It turned out that I needed a new charger.

Find the guy with the other SVX and talk to him . Maybe he can help you with your car problems. Maybe he had the same problems and solved them or at least point you in the right direction.

I understand about wondering if the other driver is into cars or not. I was driving in Charleston SC and there was a red SVX. I chased it down to the drivers home and got out to inform him about the club and the resources it has. The guy was a cantankerous FART! He said that he didn't like the car and couldn't stop his drooling about how the car underperforms. So instead of giving him the actually address for the website here I think I gave him some link to some porn site...... Have a sparkling day... DICK!

These cars won't run on dead batteries. You should be fine after you replace it.

You should've offered him 500.00 on the spot. Perhaps he'd have taken it if he was so dissatisfied.

Shadowyng,

The compass icon in your name block is indicating that you are in a flat spin. You had better pull up and use your trim tabs or you're liable to wind up on the roof of your SVX.

DejaVu, Are you putting your SVX to bed at night like the rest of us?? Wrap a wool blanket plug the engine block heater in and recline your seat so you can get a good nights rest... Shouldn't give you any trouble thereafter!

Larry...interesting story about the flat spin. A DC-10 was trying to make up time on a long leg. The crew pulled the circut breaker that warns of over speed and appraoched MACH. When they hit the buffet the plane went into flat(unrecoverable spin). The crew decided to stick out the landing gear way over gear speed and it broke the spin and they were able to recover. Since then I think the procedure has been written into manuals...or could be really cool folklore!!!
