I think I know the ones you are talking about. The paint pigments are little triangles that align together so depending on the angle it is 2 or 3 different colors. I think they have one that is kind of an electric green/purple. That might look really sharp too.

When my SVX got repainted a few years ago, they put some strange basecoat on I think. When the lighting is really bright it no longer looks green... but more silver with a purple hue. I would hate purple, but this actually looks pretty cool. I agree that more than 2 colors would be a bit too much. I think the rainbow of color looks feminine.
