Still not as good as mid 1980's BMW F1. 1583 hp (qualifying tune) from 1500 cc's. More than one hp per cc. Even in race trim, 900-1000 bhp. For two hours, no short drag races here!

LoL yeah I watched the documentary about the those cars, if I am not mistaken they base their engines upon "used" crankshafts and which were also exposed to weather conditions among other stuff...
