Talking interior change

I want to change the suede-ish seats and trim of my 94 LS from beige to terracota(rusty redish browish ). Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Sure, break out your checkbook and take it to an upholstery shop and have it professionally done. Save another nice car from cheap shoddy modification.

The color would look nice...but yes, have it professionally re-done. Im sure the suede seats are looking a bit ragged after 14 years anyways, and I have a suspicion that dying the fabric will make it more prone to tear

Re: interior change

I'd check out Motorsport Warehouse. They have some custom leather options.

There's a set there that I want to get as well. I believe a few folks here have them and didn't have problems with fit.

Re: interior change

Yes, please do it right or not at all.

I'd find a good upholstery shop willing to do the work and get an estimate for everything - It sounds like you want to do the seats and then all the suede trim pieces along the doors and dash? Take whatever price they quote for the seat portion of the job and compare that to Motorsport Warehouse. MSW has very nice leather seat kits, but they are spendy so a shop "might" be able to beat that price.

If they can't beat MSW's price, then just have the shop custom make the suede trim pieces and order a seat kit from Dayle in matching colors.

Re: interior change

Here is a site http://gulffabrics.com/alccolor.htm that sells a material very similar to the SVX Escain. They have a light gray that is a close match to the stock material, plus some other interesting colors.
