Test Drive
A friend of mine was going out of town for Thanksgiving and he rented an Acura G. The brand new ones come with 330 HP and may include AWD. Well this was the year model before the new one and he claimed came with 300 HP and it was RWD. I have not checked this statistics.
Well he brought it over and tossed me the keys. I drove it to this small track about a block from my house. Driving this car really made me appreciate my 92 AWD with factory 230 HP. The handling of the SVX blew that accura away. The acura's transmission was so controlled by the computer you could not sling the rear end around from a stand still. On that small curvy track i'll take my svx any day. The accura may pose a challenge if you re-vamp the computer and really use that HP. I was surprised.

the 350Z's (the sportier version of the G35) seem to have a reputation for looking faster than they are.
the lowly Forester XT (with less claimed  hp than the SVX) will roast a Z.
