Maybe it's me, but it looks like a Nissan "Z" car. I'm not impressed by the looks. Hopefully the performance makes up for it.

Yeah I hope they change it up too. The 3-series hasn't been butchered though.

I have seen two in person. One(silver) was at the tow truck last year(brand new - maybe delivery). The other(black) was last month on the road.

They are beautiful to me. It looks pretty big and tires are wide.

There's a black 850 currently for sale in Winnipeg. Don't know any details but it looks nice!

Was the 850 an 850Csi or the more common 850Ci?

it was the ci, what is the difference between the ci and the sci??? i did some search on the net for info. and yeah there are the 840 v8, 850 ci v12 and the 850 sci v12 but what is the difference between the last 2????. the one one that i was goint to buy had a 4 speed automatic. The only thing I didn't like is that the engine takes a while to respond. the dealer owner toll me that the power comes at high speed and that the M3 series is a lot better. High respoce at the spot

the difference in the 850 ci and csi is that the csi is the closest you can get to an "M8"

it had m badges and stuff too.. plus an optional 6spd

I found a Linkie on the BMW 850CSi and 850Ci.

I had the great furturn to drive a 850Ci when the owner crashed the front fender. I only drove it for about 2 miles from the body shop to the paint shop but that was all I needed. In one word WOW .

I saw 6 or 7 of these this past weekend in Jackson, California. They were either parked at the casino or on the way to the casino. I parked my SVX nose to nose with one Friday night, before I saw the rest on Sunday.

As one went drove by slowly, I asked if they were going to a meet. Yes. How many? 40-50 cars! I didn't find out where they were going, perhaps Tahoe or Reno. 40-50 cars, that's big!

Anyone know how to find the club info on the net? I would like to know where they were headed.
