Replacement keys for 95 svx

Please can someone help me. I saw a posting a while back about a non-Subaru key (Nissan, I think) sold at Home Depot that makes a great SVX replacement key. I wrote down the info, then lost it - have been unsuccessful re-finding message.

I love my SVX, in spite of the fact I've probably replaced more of the car's mechanics in the past five years than the initial purchase price. It runs great and has literally saved my life at least twice. But mainly it's so much fun on the open road. My dog, Stella, loves it too - the flat back pull down seat puts her right next to the window without having to stand on her hind legs (she's a short legged JRT).

But I need to get a new car - pronto. Thanks mucho.

What about actual Subaru blanks:

These are stronger than any other non-Subaru blanks you will find.

Anybody know if the STI key blank can be cut to work on the SVX.
