How did it come off?

I believe the grills are screwed into the door panel, I would suggest removing the panel to see why it fell off.

it looks like it just like...fell off, the black plastic trim around it is broken in some spots too.

hmmm...

It could have broken near each one of the screws, causing it to "just fall off" In that case your only options are really buying a new grille or supergluing the broken one back on (or you could get creative with ductape). Luckily as long as you're not too messy with the glue and you glue it inside of the panel, it shouldn't look any different.

2 more things...

1. If you haven't already replaced your door speakers and you want to, this would probably give you a good excuse to take the door apart.

2. How is the wedgie cupholder? I almost bought one today to replace one that clips on the air vents (because it can't fit a 20oz bottle in it).

1. Once my tax return comes ill be in a better position to decide about new speakers

2. The wedgie cupholder is good, it sits between the passenger seat and the center console, it has space for 2 drinks (yes 20 oz bottles fit), and a space in the middle for change/cell phone/etc.

I'm gonna try to superglue that bad boy for now

My grills did the same thing, so I took them out and screwed a 6x9 grill onto the door.. most people don't even notice until I tell them.. I have pics in my locker
