Sounds good. There are a couple nice restaurants for dinner in Mukilteo. Ivar's Mukilteo Landing is a pretty nice mid-range one and it's right on the water next door to the ferry terminal. Something else that might be fun if it's still daylight is walk on the ferry (cost a lot less and no wait time, which on Friday evening will be looooong) and time it so you're crossing at sunset.

im about 90 percent sure that smallcar.com in tacoma has one in there shop right now. i live about three blocks away so i could take a look for you if ur interested.
