Unhappy No more SVX.

Or at least not for a month... We dropped it off at the paint shop today to have all the dents removed and had a few coats of the shiney stuff added. I'm sticking with the same color, but hopefully it will look a lot nicer now.

Post the pictures after the work is done too!

I wish I could get mine un-dented and painted right now...Don

You know what they say: "absence makes the heart grow fonder." The feeling you get when you finally get to drop back into that seat is indescribable (believe me, I've had to do it enough times from long stays in the tranny shop ). Keep heart, young man. All of those thoughts of selling (I know we've all secretly had them when things go amiss) will dissolve once you've seen it with it's shiney new coat.

Mike just doesn't want to say because he knows we'll all scream...

How about this - the price rhymes with tree. (not including cost of the paint itself)

EDIT: Rhymes with tree and starts with F. Take that smarty-pants!

Hmmm, rhymes with tree? How about Three? Three Thousand? That sounds like a great deal for a complete.

i work in a local collision and repair shop that would paint mine for around 1000 for the same color and 2000-2500 for a new color. of coarse it will be cheaper for me to buy my own supplies and i recomend that anyone wanting to paint there car buy supplies for there selfs. it will save you a lot of money. my shop might sound a little expensive but it is a dealer outfit and has one of the best painters in our state. hope this helps.
