i could honestly say F & F was one of the stupidest movies i ever saw. maybe the next one will have more of a plot. it reminded me of that movie with Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves - they were surfers and robbed banks. F & F was the same movie, only street racers robbed banks.

Come on, now. Fast and the Furious had some lines that are instant classics.

'I live my life a quarter mile at a time.'

You can't come up with comedy like that on purpose - it has to be an accident.

yeah, but i LIKE cars and STILL thought the movie was bad. i ruined my turn at movie choice and had to suffer through one of my wife's "chick-flicks" when it was her turn to pick a movie.

You have my complete sympathy - been there, done that. VERRRRRY few car races, car crashes, and explosions in the wife's picks.

and most of the cars look like crap. I think a those alloy wings are the most hillarious things i have ever seen. And neon, does that really make you go faster

Yeah i drive jap cars but not rice burners, i just like well made, fast cars. I love european cars also.

the eclipse in fast and furous wasnt even a turbo !!!!!!!!!! basterds hopefully they will wise up and get a gsx AWD turbo in there..

they are shooting some of the movie down in south florida here.. hmmmmm maybe i should take a trip down there and get my car in there i do know r.j devra wich plays in the movie =>

As much as I'd love to see are beloved SVX on screen...please not in THIS type of movie. F & F 1 was SO bad. Right up there with Drivel...oop Driven.

I laughed so hard at that line Nick quoted.

Now...Gone in 60 Seconds... my wife even liked THAT one. Not exactly 'A midsummer night's dream' (I fell asleep), but still very entertaining stuff with Nick Cage and all. Oh..and that Cobra. I felt like I was IN the car with him, leaning, flying and all that! ......

Ick. I'm going to have to disagree. The NEW gone in 60 seconds was just a horrid horrid movie. In fact, its on my bottom 10 list of the most horrible movies ever created. See, the movie itself wasn't that bad. The acting..meh.. the stunts were cool...but the editing, OH LORD the editing. Man, I'm glad I don't have epilepsy or I would have had a seizure during the chase sequences... and...here's hte part that really irks me: What did you go see that movie for? THE CARS. Not the actors...but they barely ever showed the cars! Like during the mustang chase... they kept showing Nicholas Cage's face grinning and baring his teeth as he shifts, but it would almost NEVER show the freaking car, and every ONCE in a while it would zoom out enough so you could see the car hauling ass and you'd be like "Ah, cool, theres whats happe- CRAP! switched cameras! Back inside the car...oh he's going to shif-CRAP! Switched camera angles again, oh, this is a macro shot of the shifter and his ha CRAP! Its his face again! CRAP! His face from another angle! CRAP! oh wait, we can see the car again at la-CRAP! HIs face again!

The NEW Gone In 60 Seconds is the absolute WORST editing I've ever seen in my life. I think I've seen infomercials with better editing.

I totallyagree. The original with H.B Halicki is the best car action/car crash movie ever made. ahh the Mach 1

hopefully they wil have a better plot and acting in part 2 then 1 there is a difrent director also i beileve

Yup Fast and Furious is exactly the same plot as Point Break, but I think Point Break was better IMHO.

I refer to F&F as The Slow and Dumb!
