Will 225/65/R16's fit?

There's a cheap set for $80 at a garage sale, and they have a very nice amount of tread left. Will these rub at all? They are winter tires would be used on my stock wheels only in the winter.

Re: Will 225/65/R16's fit?

Stock 225/50/16 are 24.45" in diameter, those are 27.51". They are 9.67% larger with 3% being the recommended maximum difference.
I wouldn't do it.
Also with used tires you need to check that all four are within 1/4" difference in circumference of each other as recommended by Subaru or damage to the drivetrain can occur.

Anything will fit, it just depends on how much modification you want to do
