the new ones look ok but i dont like how it looks like someone grabbed the headlights and pulled up real hard and it just kinda stayed that way

I'm convinced the FXT is noticeably quicker than my stock LGT but I haven't owned that car for 5.5 years.

Re: Possibly Ugliest Subaru Ever

I'm not a big fan of any of the newer Subaru styling.
I needed something reliable while I get the svx up to daily drivable condition, so I leased that red legacy for 36 months.

It is huge, it is tall, I can't see to back it up, I have no idea how close to anything I am. I backed it into my girlfriends car once already...

But driving it is fun, it feels nimble and quick and lighter than it is, its really odd.

I almost bought a used 2005 legacy GT instead, but I would have had to give up the svx for it. :/

I respectfully disagree with you. I think the vast majority of Subaru models made since the discontinuation of the ej22 have been less reliable than most. I believe that subaru is riding its reputation for reliable cars that it built in the 80s and early 90s.

This is just my opinion based on my observations.

From 2001-2009 I drove first a new 2002 WRX and then a new 2006 STi and never had a single problem with either one. Both daily drivers, they ran perfect, were a blast to drive, and durable.

Can't speak for the 2008+ Imprezas though.
